The membership plans purchased on Haldihaath.com are final and will not be refunded or canceled by the Service Provider. All payments for services offered on haldihaath.com must be made in advance. A User's payment for service once subscribed is non-refundable, and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. If the Company decides to refund any money, it will be at its sole discretion, and it cannot guarantee that the money will reach the User's bank or credit card account in a timely manner.

The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any content posted on the site. The Company may terminate the profile/access to the Platform at its discretion without refunding the advance.

Time-Line : The cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of signing up for a subscription. In the event that the user cancels the subscription within 24 hours, the amount will be refunded to their respective accounts. Refunds after 24 hours will not be processed.
